Her administrators and ministers were always loyal to her because she did not change them. Ahilyabai died on 13 August 1795 at the age of 70. Women then did not go to school, but her father taught her to read and write. Ahilyabai Holkar was born on 31 March 1725 in Chondi, Jamkhed in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. It is estimated that it took over four hundred years to complete. On 5 April 1767, Male Rao sank into insanity and died within a year of succession.
